Welcome to the CT-ASPA web site. We are the Connecticut chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). The Connecticut chapter is a varied group of professionals and citizens from the public and private sector, academia and nonprofit organizations. We run a number of programs each year to try and enhance public understanding of critical issues facing the state and nation, bringing together public officials, legislators and experts on public panels. Through such public dialogues and networking between our varied membership, we seek to improve the quality of public service and public policy for the good of all citizens, and we invite you to join us.
